GKD NEVERLEAK Filter Leaves

NEVERLEAK filter leaves are based on the combination of high-quality GKD filter media made of metal mesh and an innovative, automated manufacturing process.

GKD filter mesh on solid frame structure

The filter leaves are build on the bases of a solid bar frame. The filter meshes are automatically welded to the frame and therefore provide an even and secure seal.

Cost reduction thanks to re-screenability

As opposed to other solutions, this manufacturing technology enables the elements to be re-screened a number of times, which results in cost savings.

Using this technology, replacement elements are produced for the widest range of filter types like:
Schenk (ZHF), Pall, LFC and AMA.
