Optimal integration of wire mesh components into the customer's process is an extremely important part of GKD's philosophy.
This optimization always brings about substantial gains in productivity for the customer or is the basis for an economically reasonable manufacturing technology in subsequent processing or integration of the GKD semi-finished products into the final part finished product.
These aspects of the efficient process link become exemplarily apparent in the following points:
- Delivered in the form of a strips up to some hundred meters in length, incl. seam marks that can be accessed in the course of automated production
- Setting up Kanban or other logistics systems for delivery on-time deliveries
- Setting up consignment stocks at the customer's location
- Introduction of reuseable packaging to reduce costs and to protect the environment (ISO 14001)
- Development and introduction of test parameters for quality assurance
