Cooling / Freezing on Belt Frosters

WEAVEinMotion process belts made of monofilament polyester mesh guarantee thermal resistance and with it process reliability. In the food industry a quick freeze of the processed items is always critical to quality.

Using cryogenic technology, foodstuffs on GKD synthetic woven mesh belts are shock-frozen with liquid nitrogen at -196°C. As a result, the GKD process belts satisfy every basic requirement for the selection of transport belts in the belt froster:
