Bioenergy

WEAVEinMotion process belts for bioenergy – our contribution to environmental protection
The "bioenergy" concept is very diverse. With the Renewable Energy Law coming into force at the latest, bioenergy has acquired new significance in attaining the environmental objectives set. We are contributing to active environmental protection with our process belts for drying wood shavings, sludge and other biomasses.

In close cooperation with belt dryer manufacturers GKD is developing various process-specific types of mesh. This is one of the reasons why WEAVEinMotion process belts are well-known as proven quality products for belt dryers. The optimal mesh structure ensures a process-oriented finish. The decisive criteria for the selection of dryer belts are:

appropriate material quality (e.g. PES or PPS)
custom thermal treatment for thermal stability
optimal mesh opening for high level of air permeability and dust reduction
