Corrugated Board
WEAVEinMotion metal mesh belts are used to glue the paper flute to the liner and in a patented process increase hold-down time. At production speeds of up to 400 m/min, GKD metal mesh belts guarantee a challenging surface even in the case of premium-quality liner papers. The glued plies of corrugated board are dried best in the heating section with CONDUCTO® upper belt.

Application areas and belt types
Hold-down belt on the so-called "single side" – stainless steel mesh with non-marking soldered seam and welded belt edges. GKD Type 12/4.5 per cm.
For stain release and improved cleaning, GKD hold-down belts are provided with a silicone coating.
Heating belt CONDUCTO® Type 3311. PES/bronze monofilament mesh with woven non-marking spiral seam. Belt edges welded and coated.
