WEAVEinMotion TRACKMATIC™ belts made of metal are used in the following markets: Chemicals, foods, nonwovens/fabrics, insulants and insulating materials.

Technical features of TRACKMATIC™ belts:

Flexible cables in parallel, at a distance of 17.5 mm, woven in the running direction
Stable monofilament wires in the transverse direction, which are patterned in such a way that a smooth topside results and rows of V-crimps form on the underside
Mesh openings in the running direction of 0.1 mm to 8 mm
Seam variants: soldered seam, loop seam, hook seam
Edge variants: welded
Control: self-regulating on grooved roll
Belt tension: customized on request
Recommended roll diameter: on request
